RELAX AND RELAX
If only every day had a perfect balance between sillies and relaxation.  We will start with relay races, tot sports and obstacle courses.  We will then wind down with some soothing kid’s yoga.

CHEMISTRY OF LOVE

These kiddos might be too young to understand St. Valentine, but they are definitely not too young to understand chemistry!  Let your tots engage in some magical Valentine’s Day chemistry activities.  We will also make gifts for the ones who kids love most of all (you, of course!).

PRESIDENT’S DAY PARADE

Come celebrate George Washington’s birthday and the history of our country with patriotic music and crafts!  We will show off our crafts, pride and singing voices in a President’s Day Parade around the Community Center.

PINKERRIFIC, PINKATASTIC, PINKALICIOUS EVENT

“I want pink cupcakes!”  Who doesn’t?  Now is the chance to get them.  We are holding an interactive reading session in which we will read “Pinkalicious” and “Emeraldalicious” while snacking on pink cupcakes.  This series is loved by little girls and boys and teaches many great lessons about patience and positive attitudes.  After reading we will engage in several sensory activities related to each story, including a sensory bin and nature walk.

TRICKY TRAP MASTER EXTRAVAGANZA

The Community Center is already having a HUGE leprechaun problem.  They keep leaving behind trails and clues as to where to find them, but we could really use some help!  If you come help us we will help you to make leprechaun traps for home.  Did you know that if you catch a leprechaun he has to give you a gold coin?

ART AND SCIENCE SENSORY FUN

Science is a work of art and vice versa.  Join us as we combine the two for many sensory activities involving shaving cream, oil, water and rainbows!  See how many different magical tasks we can accomplish with such basic ingredients.  Each science experiment product will be used as an art medium later on.

EARTH DAY WITH THE LORAX

Earth Day is quickly approaching, and the Lorax has asked that we help prepare for all of the birds that will be flying back North.  We will do so by making (peanut free) pinecone feeders that will be hung around Tamanend Park.  Children have the option to watch the movie “The Lorax” while working.

GAME DAY

Join us for Game Days!  For the first half of each session we will play board games.  You are welcome to bring your favorite games from home.  We will then play active games to let the sillies out, such as Rabbit Hole and Parachute.  You may sign up for more than one session, as there are endless amounts of games to be played!

LEGO LAND FUN

Legos are the building blocks of many things.  We will be using them for some educational counting activities and guided construction work.  Afterwards, we will have free building time with Legos and various other types of blocks.

SING, DANCE AND SURPRISE!

You are invited to attend our tot sing along and dance party!  We will learn lots of fun songs and moves. We will also prepare surprise Mother’s Day gifts for that special parent in your life, but shhhh! It’s a surprise!

PUZZLES AND RELAYS

On your marks, get set, go!  Tots will love joining us for relays and puzzles.  We will engage in some friendly competition completing many different races.  Once we are all tired we will settle down and work on some puzzles.  You are welcome to bring in your favorite from home, but remember, we must all share!

DR. SEUSS DAY

We cannot end the year without paying tribute to Dr. Seuss, as many of our ideas and lessons come from his stories.  Today we will make “Green Eggs and Ham” pretzel bites, complete a craft involving “Put me in the Zoo,” play “Ten Apples Up On Top” and make some Oobleck.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
