JUMBO GAMES WITH A TWIST
We will be providing a collection of jumbo yard games, with a twist!  For example, each giant Jenga piece will have a fun question for you to answer.  Come see what other fun challenges we have set up!

CANDIES AND CARD CRAFTING
We are setting some time aside for you to come in and make candies and cards for a special someone for Valentine’s Day.  All teens are welcome whether they have in mind a significant other, parent, or just want to make the candies for themselves!

NINJA SPY GYM CHALLENGE
We have transformed the gym into a spy zone!  See if you can make your way through all of the obstacles and reach the target without triggering any alarms!

COMMUNITY CRAFTING
This is a workshop to socialize and work on crafts.  Supplies for friendship bracelet weaving, beaded bracelets and key chains will be provided.  You are welcome to share other ideas and crafts with the group.

DANCE COMPETITION/TALENT SHOW
Come one, come all to our dance competition and talent show!  Choreograph a routine beforehand and sign up for a ten-minute performance slot.  Parents may come and watch you perform.

LEPRECHAUN PUNCH AND MOVIE NIGHT
Come kick St. Patrick’s Day off early with an animated Irish movie and some leprechaun punch.  The movie that will be showing is The Secret of Kells (Not rated, but parent recommended for ages 9+).

BOOK CLUB
We will be organizing two meetings meant to start up a teen book club.  On the 20th we will have a guided discussion on 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher.  On the 21st we will freely discuss The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.  There will also be free time to discuss assigned reading books that you are currently reading for school.

GLOW PARTY!
Let’s welcome the spring with a celebration!  There will be music, dancing, glow in the dark painting and glow in the dark games!

SURVIVOR
Welcome to Survivor.  You will be competing on teams to complete group challenges, including “the human knot,” “the triangle of life” and more.  May the best team win.

EARTH DAY EVENT
With Earth Day approaching we are encouraging teens to set a good example in the community by helping us to plant flowers.  Please join us to decorate pots and plant seeds.  You are welcome to keep your plant or donate it to the park.

CREATIVE WRITING:  IF THING 1 AND THING 2 CAME TO HIGH SCHOOL….
Dr. Seuss shaped many of our minds as children, and we still refer to those books regularly.  For this creative writing workshop, the prompt is “If Thing 1 and Thing 2 Came to High School….”  Again, you may write at the Community Center, socialize and share your work.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
