Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that can reduce stress and improve flexibility, balance, and overall health. A series of slow movements align the body’s internal energy paths, enabling
(internal energy) to flow through the body. Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese exercise to control and increase the body’s internal energy.
An hour-long class includes Shaolin temple warm-up exercises, the Sun, Yang and Wu Tai Chi forms, Qi Gong, and a meditative form drawn from Falun Dafa, a Chinese exercise much like Yoga.
Results include: reduced stress, better concentration, improved balance, increased range of motion, weight loss and better posture.
