Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abs, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abs while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance.   This class is best served while using a small pilates ball, flat therabands and round versa loop bands . A package with all three will be available for purchase of $18 or please bring your own as we will not be sharing equipment . Bring with you every week a mat , towel and water .  Get ready to feel your best ever !

NEVER MISS A MONDAY No matter if you’re a morning person or not, getting your sweat on at the start of the week has been proven to make the rest of your week more productive. Still need some convincing? Here are some tips on why you should NEVER miss a Monday workout.1. You’re more likely to work out the rest of the week 2. You’ll quell anxious thoughts. 3. You’ll kickstart good self-control.4. You’ll boost brainpower5. You’ll catch better zzz’s Catch a Never "MISS A MONDAY" class at either 6:45 am or 6:45 Pm in the Carriage House This session is for those who made resolutions, have goals and want to keep their promises to themselves  Each 45 minute session will start you off with 10 minutes of a stretch following a great combination of total body weight exercises for cardio and strength . Bringing a set of dumbbells is recommended but not necessary    Information on goal setting, fitness evaluation, energy assessments, winter body cleanse and more will be available

Come try out our newest class along with our new equipment.  Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.  Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Trying something new has never been so fun !  This class is best served while using a small pilates ball, flat therabands and round versa loop bands .A package with all three will be available for purchase of $18 or please bring your own as we will not be sharing equipment.Bring with you every week a mat , towel and water.

Our program is a great way for kids to engage in physical activity through fun and exciting Zumba dance moves! Kids also learn various developmental skills by creating cool jewelry either for themselves or friends and family! We are proud to offer non-competitive and affordable extracurricular activities for the youth. Get your kids moving and expressing themselves creatively- We host birthday parties too!
